There can be 2 reasons to replace the grip on a Manual controller: Worn grip or worn end stop.

not easy to fit but not hard…one of them!!

need a pokey thing ans a 3m allen key to remove shifter from bars…

fits all enviolo and nuvinci manual shifters, rubber pattern has changed…still fits.
