Enviolo Freewheel Replacement Hardware
If your pedals turn but the back wheel doesn’t move…..this could be the item you are looking for ..
there are two types..
circlip (pre 2024) and screw on (post 2024)
both fit all Enviolo hubs.
the circlip design has been around for a long time and is common (2024)
regards the screw on freewheel , its
compatible with 9-spline 1/8" 19T - 22T sprockets
compatible with 9-spline 3/32" 16T - 22T sprockets
compatible with Gates "E9" 22T - 26T belt sprockets
compatible with the new AUT-ISS-LCK-OE when the bike is set up with AutomatiQ

Mount the lockring in the correct orientation (text facing outward).
Tighten the lockring with a torque of ~35–45 Nm with a compatible freewheel lockring tool.
Ensure that the sprocket has a tight fit and is not loose on the shoulder of the freewheel body.
As an additional measure, apply a drop of Loctite 243 (or similar general purpose medium strength thread locker) on the lockring or on the freewheel and distribute it on the first 2 threads (covering approximately 45° of the freewheel rotation) to further secure the lockring.
