Are you an Urban Arrow owner and do you still have a bike with red belts? In that case we would urge you to make an appointment with your local authorized Urban Arrow dealer to get them replaced with our new and improved black belts.
Unfortunately, during our quality assurance and inspection process, we established that the strength of our red belts might be compromised in the event of excessive exposure to UV light, in rare cases potentially causing them to tear off.
As safety is always a priority at Urban Arrow, we have requested our dealers to replace the red belts with our new and improved black belts. Dealers receive the black belts free of charge when ordered from Urban Arrow.
We have ascertained that not all of the red belts on existing bikes have been replaced yet. We would emphasize that, even though we aim to supply bikes of the highest quality, our bikes still require maintenance from authorized Urban Arrow dealers, preferably twice a year.
We urge all our customers who have an Urban Arrow bike with red belts to make an appointment with their local authorized Urban Arrow dealer to have the red belts replaced with new and improved black belts.
