just getting the rear mudguards is tricky..i do sometimes have them in stock…but rarely.

this set of SKS fenders include the rear thats standard on pre 2020 Urban Arrows.

if you have to replace a broken rear mudguard some times you just have to suck it up and buy a set and just use the rear .

on the upside if you buy yourself a 26 inch wheels MTB you can have dry feet on that..(think positive)
